Assured Indoor Air Quality, LP has taken a unique approach to solving the problems of indoor air pollution. Through its relationship with the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Assured has been able to combine the discipline and rigor of scientific research with the realities of the workplace and its effect on the people in complex, indoor environments to detect, diagnose, "cure", and even prevent Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). Assured was the first to approach SBS as a medical problem while others were still seeking mechanical solutions. By focusing first on the occupants of the buildings, Assured is able to cut quickly to the conditions in the structure that are influencing the health, well-being and even the productivity of the people inside.
