Since the early 1990's Assured has sponsored research grants to the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center supporting their investigations of Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). Assured has also granted them access to worksites in a wide variety of buildings ranging from the Caribbean basin, to the high desert.
TTUHSC has thus become a major research center and a leader among universities conducting scientific inquiries into SBS. Their work is widely published in scientific and academic journals, and they are often quoted by the national media as experts in the field.
